Raise The Bar Custom Catering Pty. Ltd. ABN 70 609 333 776 (“us”, “we”, and “our”) endeavours to make all orders available from our pickup locations based on:

  • Orders placed prior to MIDNIGHT Saturdays night, for the following weeks cook.
  • Meals delivered on the day selected during the ordering process for the week after order is placed.

Our efforts to fulfil your order according to the estimated delivery times provided may alter due to changes in supply and/ or circumstances beyond our control. If your product(s) has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us via our website Contact Us form referencing your order number.

Delivery of Goods

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there are no breakages and/ or missing items at the time of collection. By accepting collection, you are acknowledging that the product(s) have arrived in good condi- tion.

Returns

We offer a money-back guarantee on any missing items and/ or incorrectly delivered goods provided that these goods are returned in original unopened condition, unused and within the original undamaged packag- ing. Risk of loss and/ or damage to the goods will not be assumed until the item has been received by us.

We reserve the right to deny or refuse the return of items that are not in original condition, incomplete, opened, used, soiled, worn and/ or damaged in any way.
